Float Cancellation Policy

We are small, seasonal business. Thank you for understanding.

For Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation time, we will purchase a Gift Card on your behalf for the amount of the reservation.
If you need to reduce your reservation, we will purchase a Gift Card on your behalf for the amount the item.
Late Arrival - If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your equipment may be rented to someone else. You can call to have your reservation time moved, but we are getting an unusually large number of calls. Unless you receive verbal confirmation from a staff member, do not assume your time has been moved. If we are not able to change your time slot, we will purchase a Gift Card on your behalf for the amount of the reservation. We know people come a long ways to float here. We will do our best to work with you on this.
Gift Cards - Gift cards are stored in our system. The gift card is transferable and never expires. It can be used for any type of Arrowhead reservation.
Weather is unpredictable. Please monitor the radar for our area. If we cancel floats, it is for your safety. There will be no charge and refunds will be issued. We do our best to communicate concerns ahead, but we cannot predict earlier or better than the weather apps. We do use our experience with the area to make the best decisions we can at the time. Again, weather is unpredictable.

As of 9/15/2021, Arrowhead floating will be fulfilled by Caddo River Camping and Canoe. They float the same routes and equipment that Arrowhead has used and will take great care of you.
